    • 2 Mama Lycha Sofrito sauce

    • 1/2 chopped onion

    • 1/4 stick butter

    • 1 tbsp minced garlic

    • 1 cup chopped carrots

    • 1 cup chopped celery

    • 2 cups chopped tomatoes

    • 2 cups kidney beans

    • 2 tablespoons powdered chicken stock

    • Salt to taste

    • 1 tablespoon oregano

    • 4 cups chicken broth

    • 2 cups conchita paste

    • 2 cups spinach

    1. Pour a little olive oil in a pot and add the butter until it melts, then add the onion and garlic and stir well.

    2. In the same pot, add the carrot, celery and Sofrito Mama Lycha sauce. Stir constantly for 5 minutes so that all the flavors blend well.

    3. Add tomatoes, beans, chicken broth, salt, oregano and continue stirring for 10 minutes until it starts to boil.

    4. Add the raw pasta and some spinach to the pot. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

    5. At the end of 15 minutes, your minestrone soup is ready.
